I spit into the face of Time

The sun sinks behind the clouds

Lark warbles in the sky

The daffodil fades away

Music fades out

Hopes are dashed

Dreams are scattered

Time looks down on me

You Time I spit into your face!

Tears raining down her cheek

She smiles then heaves

A deep sigh of relief

She disappears in a twinkling of an eye

Alas! Her breeze dies away

You are out of sight but not out of mind

Tomorrow the moon shall light up the sky

The stars shall twinkle brightly over head

The rain shall pour down

The wind of change shall blow strongly

The flowers shall bloom

The sun shall rise and shine in the sky

The rainbow shall diffuse its bright colours

She will loom up and perk up again
